Where can I register myself?
You can register in the menu bar’s login area by entering your name, user name, email and password. After completing the registration wizard you will be redirected to the BSH netTrainment portal. 

What is the company number?
When completing your registration, you will be prompted to enter a 10-digit company number (mandatory). The company number assigns you to the company to which the number belongs and makes you a company user.
If you do not have a company number, ask your sales representative or, for example, look it up on an invoice.

Forgot my password.
When you have forgotten your password, click on „Forgot password“ in the login area. Enter your user name and email address. You will receive an email with a link which redirects you to a site where you can reset your password.

Select a brand
Under My Profile you can perform a brand selection in order to adjust your system according to the selected brands.
Thereby, you can take full advantage of viewing all brands within a unified design and of accessing all brand content in one single system.

Where do I get support?
Region-specific support and contact is provided to you in the footer of the BSH netTrainment portal.

When will the old brand URLs be shut down?
Due to the domain change to nettrainment.bsh-group.com the current brand URLs will be available and redirected until January.
